1. You must not use Altonote to break the laws of the State of Delaware in the USA.

  2. You must read and agree to Altonote's privacy policy.

  3. Altonote reserves the right to close your account without clause.

  4. You cannot use Altonote if you reside and pay taxes in the State Sponsors of Terrorism. This includes Russian Federation, Belarus, Cuba, North Korea, Iran and Syria.

  5. You cannot use Altonote if you reside in the states supporting or ignoring the war in Ukraine. In addition to the states listed above this list also includes Serbia, Bolivia, Nicaragua.

  6. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Altonote from and against any and all claims and expenses, including attorneys' fees, arising out of your use of Altonote.

  7. For paid accounts Altonote charges a fee in USD. Altonote can close your account if your payment is late by more than 90 days. You can always cancel your subscription.
